William B. Parkhurst is the principal of The Law Offices of William B. Parkhurst, P.C. Mr. Parkhurst earned his Juris Doctorate Degree in 1989 from The George Washington University Law Center in Washington, D.C. and his Bachelors Degree in 1985 from Mercy College in Dobbs Ferry, New York. Mr. Parkhurst is licensed and admitted to various State and Federal Courts in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the State of New York.

Mr. Parkhurst served as a prosecutor and deputy inspector general for the City of New York. Mr. Parkhurst heads the firm's litigation team with over 20 years of trial experience. Mr. Parkhurst is an active member of the Virginia State Bar Association and the Virginia Beach Bar Association.

Almetia Fields Hardman is an Associate with the Law Offices of William B. Parkhurst, P.C. Mrs. Hardman earned her Juris Doctorate Degree in 1990 from the University of Michigan School of Law and her Bachelors Degree in 1987 from Princeton University. Mrs. Hardman is admitted to the various State and Federal Courts in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and has extensive trial experience throughout the Courts of the Commonwealth. She was in private practice in Richmond, Virginia for five years, representing, among others, small businesses and corporations in collections.

From there she was a Commonwealth's Attorney in the City of Richmond for four years. She then served as a Deputy Commonwealth's Attorney for the City of Portsmouth for seven years. Mrs. Hardman is an active member of the Virginia State Bar Association and the Portsmouth Bar Association.
